Meet Carson Kelly

*As March approaches we are going to use this blog space to introduce you to potential 2013 Peoria Chiefs players. We do not have any inside information on our roster and nothing will be official until the end of March. But with the affiliation change it is time to get familiar with some faces and names that we could see on the diamond in Peoria this summer, if not opening day then sometime during 2013. Over the next few weeks we’ll take a look at 2012 and 2011 draftees plus foreign born players who excelled in Batavia, Johnson City and GCL Cardinals in 2012.*

Yesterday you met catcher Steve Bean and on Sunday we profiled fellow Supplemental pick Patrick Wisdom, today meet 2012 2nd round draft pick Carson Kelly. Kelly, like Wisdom plays third base and they are unlikely to be in Peoria at the same time but if healthy, one should be here in 2013.
